Requirements!

Requirements for Avoidance Applicants

We pref 18 years or older, lower skilled players free to apply!
Willing and able to attend 75% or more of all raids. (The current Raid Schedule is M, T,W, Th, Su 18.30 - 12:00) Raid invites start at 18:30.
Must be Civil and able to take orders.
Have a computer able to run all Avoidance required mods. Currently the only 2 required mods are Omen and BigWigs.
Must be able to clearly display an above average level of competency with your class.

Process for Attaining Membership Status
The first step is to post an application and be taken on an evaluation run. While you are tagged as a recruit members will be posting feedback on your skill and attitude. Once you have completed a 25 man raid eval run, you will remain a "recruit" until you have reached 45% attendance. (Usually this takes about 2 weeks) This feedback will then be used by the officers to decide whether or not you will become a member. The officer vote will last for three days. After this period you will either be promoted to a member or will be informed that you did not make the cut.

*If you post an application and it is no longer visible it has most likely been reviewed and put on file. We will contact you when a spot opens that we feel you can fill.

Also to be mentioned is that when you are only a trial/recruit/whatever you will NOT have prio to eventual drops for your class. And further more, please do not apply if you are aren't attuned with kara, and/or have below descent gear. For mages and locks we prefer some crafted pieces in your gear, and in general more epics than blues, that goes for all classes. And note that we will consider you alot more seriously if you are fully pvE geared, have the right gems and fully pve specced. So for your own sake, and to spare us some time, please follow these requirements the best you can.
